Why You Must do This Daily Warm up Exercise:The Goog Part 1

Taking care of your instrument just got easier!  And the instrument I am talking about is YOU my friend!  While eating well, working out and all that jazz we know is something each of us needs to do simply to maintain our mind and bod, this SUPER SIMPLE exercise is a game changer.

First and for most, it doesn’t hurt or require you to even break a sweat.  There is no monthly gym fee and it takes all of about 3-5 minutes, so you just can’t say no!

I’m talking about the premiere show business vocal coach, Roger Love‘s vocal warm-up called, The Goog!  I am a huge fan of Roger’s work and his book, “Love Your Voice,” (published by Hay House ❤ ) and I highly recommend picking up a copy for content AND the vocal CD inside, which includes The Goog warm up along with others. 🙂
