Instead of keeping all those thoughts rolling around inside of your head, it’s time to let them out! Verbal journaling a.k.a. talking to yourself, will help you unload, analyze, sort out, decide and simply put: feel better.

I’m not going to deny that pen and paper journaling, isn’t good for you because it is (and good for your brain too, so keep it up journalers!), but there is something ultimately cool about verbal journaling that is reminiscent of a therapy session, but this time you are your own therapist.
