2018: A Gift of Hope

IMG_9687

While every day is a new day, there’s something about a NEW YEAR that is super charged with bigger, brighter opportunities to turn our lives around. The Ego won’t like it, but that’s to be expected.

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE

Purge. Clean. Reorganise. Make a list. Create a plan. Let go of old stories, make good daily choices that line up with your dreams. It’s all good.

On that note, I offer you hope.

REMEMBER THIS

Some things take time, never quit. If you have been sad, depressed or discouraged, use this moment to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start again. I have had many days this year when the stress felt insurmountable, but what I have learned is that those times do not define you. They are moments and they will pass.

The sun will come up again and your belief in yourself and your dreams will be renewed.

I send you massive love. Stay strong and allow joy to shine even when it rains.

Most of us if asked to BE a tomato, or a horse or a tree … would ultimately give up (or break down in hysterics) because (aside from feeling ridiculous), we don’t believe we’re any of those things.

But WHAT IF you were asked to behave like one of them? Continue reading
